This is an antique or vintage wood carrying case for a Willcox & Gibbs chain stitch sewing machine head. It has a solid brass handle and metal corners. It measures aprox. 22 1/4" wide x 11 1/2" high x 7 3/4" deep. I believe it is made of pine with a red mahogany finish. It shows some wear to the finish as you can see in the pictures, it is complete with all of it's metal corners. We have more than one of these presently listed in varying condition.
