W.E. Gibbs crosscut saw Arc Gauge, pat dates of 1914 and 1917. It has been used but I see no cracks or damage, swing arms move freely, the set screws holding in the file move freely. The wing nuts holding on the swing arms are stiff, I haven't tried to force them off. I've only given it a basic light scrubbing and it could use some more cleaning. This is part of an estate, not from my personal collection, and I know just about nothing about this tool. If you have any question...s please ask!
