Original, vintage 8"x10" black and white candid photo of comedy duo Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis preparing for a backstage interview during their appearance at Murphy Army Hospital in Waltham, MA. Both Martin and Lewis are seen here wearing robes before... slipping into their tuxedos. Reverse side of photo is stamped Public Information Office, Murphy Army Hospital. PHOTO PROVENANCEThis signed photo is part of a collection acquired from the estate of John Grubbs, active in the US Military during the Korean War in the field of radio broadcasting. Grubbs had a radio show called "Youth on Parade" in Boston, MA in the late 1940's - 1950's. He acquired these photos and signatures either directly in person during radio interviews conducted with various singers, actors and performers, or via contacts he had in the business through his broadcasting work.
