The dots on the hat are larger than the dress. Blue Cissette tag on inseam of dress. Three functional snaps on back. Please view all of the photos. I do not welcome refunds. I will not ship international. A buyer asked about marks or tears. I have done a close exam of the dress and hat. I do not fin...d a loose stitch or mark anywhere on the dress.
