Four RPPC Postcards Public Execution Hangings WWI ?

This set consists of four real photo postcards of execution by hanging. I believe they are circa 1914 from WWI, but I will let the experts out there to confirm. Never posted. Excellent condition. One postcard has a line through the middle -- that is not a crease on that postcard, but rather, then line occurred because it was made from the original photograph which had a fold. Interesting historical postcards to add to your collection.
