Here's a Zeiss Biometar 35mm/2.8 "T" with caps.
Serial number: 3234550, made in 1948 for use with both Contax II and III pre-war rangefinder cameras, as well as IIa and IIIa post-war models.
Scarce lens, only 1.500 made.
Good condition, with signs of normal use on barrel. Optics has some haze and dust inside.
Focusing ring is moving evenly but with some resistance, and aperture ring is moving smoothly.
The scarce crackle paint front cap is in good condition, and the ...back cap is of the light alloy "Stuttgart"-variety.
