This camera is gently used seems fully functional. Camera has no known abuse or significant wear. Leather case has some wear and tear. Camera was inherited and has not been recently tested. It needs a battery. Includes a case, metal shoulder strap and 55mm skylight filter (to protect the lens).Towards the end of the rangefinder era for Japanese manufacturers, there were some models that were at the pinnacle of what the designers and manufacturers were a...ble to come up with, and build quality was excellent. Some manufacturers came up with pretty impressive models and the Minolta Hi-Matic is a example. There was no skimping on build quality. The viewfinder is parallax corrected. The lens is a 45mm 1.8 Rokkor-PF, considered a fine product. The closer the focal length to the ideal focal length of 43mm, the more natural their images look since they approach our natural width of sight. The Minolta Hi-Matic 7S can do all four exposure options! The camera syncs the flash at all speeds from 1/4th to 1/500th of a second, since it has a leaf shutter. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
