This is a partial collector’s set of 10 leather books, published between 1965 and 1998, that are in Fine to Very Good condition. Each book is accented in 22kt gold, printed on archival paper with gilded edges, smyth sewing & concealed muslin joints. Bound in full red leather, decorated & lettered in gilt, raised hubbed spine bands, all edges gilt, silk moire end papers and satin ribbon page marker. These books appear to have never been read.None of the books have attach...ed bookplates. There are 6 unused and unattached bookplates that are included.The books in the partial set include: Barnaby Rudge, Bleak House, Christmas Stories, Five Christmas Novels, David Copperfield, Hard Times, Nicholas Nickleby, Oliver Twist, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Old Curiosity Shop and The Pickwick Papers.
