You are looking at a third printing of the second edition of Wopsy: The Adventures of a Guardian Angel by Gerard F. Scriven and illustrated by Jill Elgin. This 87 page children's jacketed hard cover was published in 1951 by Catechetical Guild Educational Society. The book is in very good condition with mostly minor jacket damage, a bit of damage to a book corner, and an owner's name on the front end paper being the worst of its faults.
SYNOPSIS: A childre...n's story about the adventures of a guardian angel. There are many illustrations.
NOTE: Please see photos for Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur. Very hard to find with original dust jacket. There were a total of four books in the Wopsy series and I have another up for bids at this time.
