This copy was published in 2004 by Macmillan Children’s Books and is a first UK edition and 2nd printing. The book is in very good condition. It is without a dust jacket and as such there is some light edge wear to the hardback boards but it is minimal. Please see photos for all areas of wear.
Internally the book is very good good. All text pages are fully legible. It is wonderfully illu...strated throughout by Axel Scheffler and a few examples of his work can be found in the photos. The book is free from previous owner’s names or inscriptions. Overall a very good copy with plenty of life left in it yet.
