HH Scott 299C tube amp. This unit powers up but does not have sound because one of the output tubes is bad. I tested the tubes, all the rest are... good. Unit is all original and needs to be re-capped before use. There is one missing knob and some scratches on the faceplate, please look at all the pics closely before bidding. Great candidate for restoration.Unit is being sold as-is and returns are not permitted. While there is no sound, there is static coming from both channels (I assume caused by shorted caps).
