McIntosh C 28 Preamplifier and MC 2105 Power Amplifier. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground. Selling as a set only. Both all original, never serviced. Everything works great except Tape 1 input switch, which seems to only want to do one channel, and a couple of internal lightbulbs that are out. There are a few minor scratches on both side panels, and a VERY slight place on the preamp where the black paint on the back of the glass panel has worn o...ff. Check the photo for flaw, above and to the left of the volume control. only marginally noticeable. I blew some air and a bit of DeoxIT D5 into a few switches and nobs that had minor noise. Everything except the Tape 1 switch responded beautifully. The pair sounds simply amazing, there is no other way to say it. As for the bulbs, I bought a set of blue LED bulbs as a kit to replace in both units, then I got cold feet and decided to leave them alone. I will throw in the lightbulb kit free of charge. On Sep-26-20 at 11:46:09 PDT, seller added the following information: This is 09/26, and looking at my screen, the shipping says $70.68. When I listed the items (they are 65 pounds and 34 pounds), the shipping page on eBay said between $70.68 and $363.00 for shipping in the U.S. Maybe it still does on your screens, but please be aware that I doubt seriously that the shipping will be $70. When the bids are over, I will be in contact with the winner and we will work it out honorably.
