You will find some scuffs and rust on some of the black metal casing, but I have taken the liberty of cleaning and polishing the stainless steel knobs and face plate so they look as presentable as possible. The interior looks fairly clean despite the dust I needed to clean off the outside. Knobs are all turning and clicking as they should ...be. The device does power on but I have no technical knowledge or equipment to test the device so it is being sold AS IS
