For sale is a vintage Marantz Model 3650 Control Stereo Console pre-amplifier. These pre-amps are considered extra rare. Cosmetically, condition is fantastic. I have tested the Aux and Tuner inputs and the Pre Out 1 and Pre Out 2, and they are sounding great. I don't hear scratchiness with the controls, and the right and left channels seem well balanced.
The tape and phono functions are untested as are the speaker outputs. We haven't used them since we've owned the unit. I don...'t have the means to test the tape and phono functions. Please assume they don't work and be pleasantly surprised if they do. The unit is sold as is. This is a 40-year-old piece of equipment, and I do not guarantee all the functions work. I'm not an expert, so please study the photos for condition. It will be packed carefully.
