Couple Corners have nicks and one on side back see pics, excellent for 1974!! I put new Grill Cloth on about 4 months ago, the woofers were re-foamed about a year ago by Midwest Speaker in Roseville MN. They sound excellent, I have the 1974 Brochure I'll send along and I have felt pads on bottoms.
Both Tweeters are dated June 1974
