Vintage Sprague TO-5 TEL-OHMIKE Capacitor Analyzer. Condition is Used. Handle is broken, rust damage on the top (shown in pictures). It turns on but we are unsure if it functions. Inside is in good condition. Some screws on the font panel are missing.
