This listing is for a pair of brand new TEAC NAB Hub Adapters for 1/4in tape reels with large centers. This pair DOES NOT include the removable spacer rings.
PLEASE SEE MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR ADAPTERS WITH SPACER RINGS
Please only buy this item if you do not need spacer rings or have a pair of spacer rings already and want to save some money - I have priced this pair accordingly.
These are new production, from TEAC, still made in Japan. You can certainly save a few bu...cks buying used vintage ones, but please ask the seller if they have been confirmed to clamp tightly. Over the decades, one or more of the fastenings can fail, resulting in significant reel vibration during fast winding. About a quarter of the ones that come to me with tape decks need repair.
Note that these will fit on most decks that use tri-wing reel retainers that are part of the reel shaft. That includes the second half of the TEAC A series (2300, 3300, 4300 etc on), the X series, Pioneer RT1020, 909, 707 etc, many Sony, Akai etc. If you don't have integral reel retainers on your reel shafts that will hold a standard 7 in reel in place without a push-on or twist on rubber cap, these hub adapters will not work for you.
These are also identical functionally to the TZ-613, which is the same color, but with TASCAM stamped on it, and the TZ-614, which is a lighter gray version with a TASCAM stamp, all for 1/4 in tape. I now also stock the mid and light gray TASCAM logo'd parts for 1/4 in tape - listed separately, and the 1/2 in tape hub adapters.

COLORADO SALES TAX CHANGE 1st December 2018. As of this date, as a Colorado-based business, I am required to charge sales tax based on your location in Colorado rather than my location. Based on my in-state sales volume, the way I am going to do this is set a flat rate of 9% and refund the difference BEFORE I SHIP. As I'm human (I hope), I will forget occasionally, so please remind me if necessary. If you are in a location where the sales tax is above 9% and below 10%, I will absorb that difference. If your location is charging 10% or more, I will send a message requesting payment of the difference by Paypal. I hope that this will be a short term situation as ebay is progressively automating sales tax collection state by state.
