These toggle repair kits are an ideal fix for those horrible broken switch handles that always seem to occur. Much cheaper than a new toggle switch for sure.The body and working contact mechanism is usually okay in a broken switch. All you need do is drill the riv...ets out (pretty easy), dismantle the switch, fit the new toggle, assemble and re-rivet or screw the two halves of the switch together. Of course getting the switch out from either the motherboard or sub board is a little more involved but as long as you are patient and methodical, its not too onerous.THIS KIT CONTAINS:Solid turned metal shaft with two cross bars. Fits perfectlyQuality end cover over the toggle - beautifully machined and chamfered - not like others available on ebay (compare and you will be surprised)Rivets to secure the switch together as original Screws and Nuts an optional alternative switch securement system (I prefer the rivets as original but this is an equally appropriate alternative)Support service to help you in case you have questions, problems, suggestions etc. My philosophy is "there are no problems only solutions".Our own Nagravox Service Manual Instructions. For all kits, full instructions for each board are included with pictures before and after detailing exactly which components go where and a host of useful tips, checks and basic calibration. We are still the only supplier of kits that has taken the time and effort to produce a detailed instruction manual on how to install our kits, what to look out for and how to maintain existing calibration. Some of these exceed 100 pages and share our collective knowledge and experience over many years and many hundreds of restorations.Tools you will need.· Drill machine and drill bits ~ 4mm· Screwdrivers, nose pliers, side cutters etc· Hand riveter - optional - usually available at your home hardware store

Our parts are listed on ebay for the benefit of customers who, at the same time purchase a kit from us. So, unfortunately due to the onerous time consuming administration foisted onto us by ebay and the freight / postal system, we have had to instigate a ‘hidden’ in built handling charge of $30 on the low value part listed here.
