Offered is a pair of United States Vice Presidential Cufflinks made by Balfour Jewelry company.  Balfour is known for sports jewelry, press pins, college and high school jewelry as well as many other jewelry type items.
Interestingly, these cufflinks are made with two different gold filled designations.On the back of the cufflink below the "B" for Balfour it is marked 1/10 of 10K.
The arms that hold the toggle are marked 1/20 of 12K.
