Front and back covers show rubbing, wear, and leather pealing in spots. Top, Bottom, and sides of boards show rubbing and wear. Spine label is partially worn away. Spine label area shows rubbing and wear also. Top, bottom, and fore-edge of Marble Pages are tanned from age. Corners are bumped from shelving use. Frontispiece is loose from binding, but still attached. There are pencil markings inside book with previous prices on book. There is an ink script name signed on page July of 1834 and a small tear inside the center of the page. Front two pages have been folded in the past, but do not distract from the book's presentation. Throughout book pages are legible, readable, and tight. There are a few pages with small edge tears, corner page folds, foxing, and light soiling from use. A great example to have in your antique library collection.
