I use the US Postal Service and use priority mail to ensur...e quick delivery although size/weight can often be a deterrent due to a balloon fee on boxes over a certain size. Shipping costs are based on weight distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I ship priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 4 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box). I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 but this is not a full time job. I'm happy to answer all questions but please be aware that these questions are normally answered after I have returned home from work. International shipping has increased considerably so if shipping costs are a concern, please contact me and I will provide a quote. I do not end auctions early so no questions are necessary. I encourage you to look at my other auctions for a wide variety of items. I often sell glass, pottery, books, art, and other unsual items one may find at yard sales and estate sales. Best of luck in your bidding and thanks for your time looking at my auction. On Jun-29-19 at 20:03:22 PDT, seller added the following information:I've received a few questions regarding the cobalt blue decoration and wanted to address any concerns. The photos have encouraged a few people to ask if the bird was applied before or after the jug was in the kiln (i.e. - was it painted more recently than when the jug was first made). At the request of one individual, I took a razor to see if the blue paint would chip or flake off. It did not. So to alleviate any concerns, the blue paint was applied before it went into the kiln. I appreciate the collective interest and thank you to everyone who asked questions.
