Vintage Vogue Ginny Doll ? Bent Knee Walker When Head Turns Or Alexander - Kins ?

I love old dolls and this one came out of a lot of dolls I purchased from a doll collector's estate. She only measures approximately 7 1/2 inches tall. When her head is turned from side to side, her legs move and she walks. She has the bent or jointed type knees. Her hair is messy and she looks to be in played with, loved, vintage condition. Open/close eyes, poseable. Someone told me she is a Vogue Ginny Doll BUT I also had someone else tell me she looks like an Alexander-kins. I canno...t find a marking on her. Maybe worn from being played with through the years. Pictures taken of all sides/angles that will hopefully speak for the description. Even though I love old dolls, I'm not knowledgeable of all and it's not my area of expertise. This one seems to have a lot of character and history about her. Thanks for your interest and looking :)
