Lovely Antique Net Lace Collar W Pointed Ends, Applique On Netting, Cream Color

I buy vintage linens at local estate auctions to pass them along to you, and I always look for vintage and antique clothing and accessories.
This is an antique lace collar made of net lace: the fabric is fine netting with appliques of fabric that are embroidered. It is cream in color, and has small flowers about 1" and leaves, with bodies of cotton batiste. The front ends are pointed and 3.25" long; the body of the collar is about 2.5" wide. It's quite be...autiful. The neck edge measures about 16" around.
This is in good antique condition, but there are a few issues: the neck edge has a bit of damage where it was detached from a garment, as shown in closeup. There is also a bit of darkening along the neck edge; one front point has a pinkish dot, and the other has one break in the netting. The lace itself is in very good shape, and quite beautiful - it will add a dramatic antique look to a basic top.
