A very old Avon powder & rouge compact from about the 20's to 30's in a dark blue color with a Art Deco design. It measures 2-1/4 in. long x 1-1/2 in. wide. The inside has 2 compartments - powder and puff on the bottom and rouge and puff in the top separated by a "mirror" made from polished steel. It's in pretty good condition for it's age with both puffs still there. has a little paint loss on the outside but not bad....
