Antique Victorian Scrap book album 1882--Embossed Beehive Designed Cover
Except for its cover, which is in pretty good condition, this scrapbook is in poor condition. The spine is faded, several pages have been removed, and many of the remaining pages are darkened or have some foxing. All the pages are empty, no scraps, etc.
The cover design, however, is quite special. Although it has some flaws, as shown, the the embossed motif with a beehive, surrounding flower...s, is, to me, quite unusual. On the inside cover it has an inscription indicating it was given as a Christmas present in 1882
