Antique 1930's German Oak Mantel Clock with Westminster Chime (with Pendulum)
This is an Antique 1930's German Oak Mantel Clock with Westminster Chime. This clock is not currently in working order. The pendulum only swings for a few seconds. The casing has a beautiful appearance and is in very good condition. It is made from a dark oak with a visible grain. The time wear patina accentuates the look of the clock. It has Art Deco carved decals to the front. It stands on four, fla...t panel feet. The face is a silvered metal with black numbers and hands. The face has a strong patina, which gives an excellent appearance. There are three winding holes to produce a quarterly chime. Underneath the number six it says: FOREIGN. Above the number twelve, there is a switch to silence the chime. The face has a brass framed, convex glass casing, which is intact and is in excellent condition. The door at the back is intact and in excellent condition. It's clasp hook is intact. There is a slight water damage mark to the rear of the clock. There are five chime bars to produce a Westminster chime, these appear to be in working order. This clock comes with it's pendulum.
