All critical capacitors, critical elkos and defectiveresistors were replaced. Tubes were checked and defective replaced. All tubesare new. New magic eye. Lights for the scale were replaced. All moving partswere cleaned and re-oiled. Contacts were refreshe...d. The radio was completelycleaned. The housing was polished, technically checked etc… DescriptionTelefunken Opus 8 tube radio model from 1957/58. Made in Germany. It works on all bands: UKW, Short, Mid and Long Wave. The 9 tubes are new and in an perfect working condition. Tubes: ECC85, ECH81, EF89, EF89, EM80, EABC80, EC92, EL84, EL84. Voltage regulator works from 110 to240V. It´s ready to plug in. It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other. Original varnish (not revarnished).The housing and the lacquer is in a goodcondition for its age. Some small signs of use and some small spots on the top.The lacquer is here and there a little bit cracky. Damages were retouched inthe wood color. At all the condition is splendid.
