Here is fully working US Army Signal Corps PH-104 cased set featuring the rare PH-47-J Pacemaker version 4x5 Graflex Speed Graphic in olive drab leather, the first version and not to be confused with the later KE-12(1). The PH-47-J has the body shutter release and full Graflok back. The plate on the front of the camera appears to be a reproduction but is accurate. This set is from around 1951 so Korean War era.
The camera itself is in excellent all round condition, everything ...appears to work as it should. Both shutters, the rear focal plane and the front Supermatic appear snappy at all speeds. Both can be fired using the selectable shutter release on the body. The 127mm Ektar lens is clean and clear. The front shutter speeds ring is quite stiff to operate. The rangefinder has a good secondary image, the rear hood and ground glass are excellent.
Also included are many double sided film holders, two PH-110A film pack adaptera, a super rare PH-121A olive drab Crown No 1 wooden tripod, military version DeJur light meter, Military black Graflite 3 cell handle, 7" and 5" flash reflectors in great shape, a couple of bulbs, flash cables and more. The case is also in nice solid condition.
Sold primarily as display but could be used if desired!
