Original Description:
You are bidding on a two tier brass chime.  The chimes are plain.  The really interesting item is the finial handle.  It is a bust of a man wearing a big rim hat.  He is bronze, and his detail is exquisite!  This could be a put together bell, we do not know.  However, it is very unusual and you probably won't find another.  This has a brass mallet for striking, and the wonderful tone keeps vibrating.  This piece weighs 4 1/2 pounds.   T...here are no marks.  This is in great condition.  The height is 8 1/4", and the base diameter on the chimes is 6".  Buyer pays postage, extra if outside the USA.
