Antique Vintage Cast Iron Metal Black Ornate Swing Swivel Arm Wall Mount Oil Lamp Holder with Wall BracketThere is some light surface rust/patina at spots (see photo 11 & 12 for example). I am not sure if this is the original wall mount piece with it but that is what came with it when I purchased it. It only fits in the wall mount piece from one end and when I swivel it there is one spot where it rubs just a little bit.I can not quite make out the date on it but it looks like PAT'D... JUNE 5 1881 (see photo 10)A magnet does attract to it.Measures approximately 12 Long. The round piece that would hold the lamp measures 5 1/4" in diameter and approximately 2" deep. Wall mount measures 4" long (this also has surface rust/patina on)Weighs 1 pound 10 ounces (prior to packaging)I buy most of my pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so I don't know the history of the item. I am not an antique dealer or expert. I describe the item along with any flaws and markings I can find the best I can.
