1984 Vintage GI Joe Killer Whale 99% Complete. Original Owner..missing one flap on the fan and one of the bottom bars that connect the fan fins. Otherwise complete. 3 of the fan shroud fins are broken but present. One shows evidence of being chewed on by a puppy but kind of looks cool like it was shot up. One fan shroud is broken but the piece is present and could be glued. One of the clips that holds the windshield in is broken. One rocket launcher arm is broken completely, the other ...has the upper arm broken. The front upper ramp - one hinge is broken. The lower ramp- one pin is broken on the door. The button to launch the little boat does not work. The fans work. Cutter has a strong rubber band but his knee hinges are loose and part of his crotch is broken. I’ve described it as best as I could if you have any questions please ask.
