This item is a Victorian CDV- Carte de Visite photograph of Rev Charles Haddon Spurgeon. Spurgeon was a highly influential Baptist Preacher of the time who became known as "The Prince of Preachers". He was born in 1834 and died in 1892.The photograph was published by Auto .photo .company . Port Pool Lane London and has a plain back. Dimensions are 10 cm x 5.75 cm. Condition is good. There is a little scuffing on the card on the back and some general age wear. (See pictu...res)A really interesting item.
