New Platen! (Large Roller), New Paper Feed Rollers! New Rubber Feet! Over a $200 value in new rubber alone! The old platen and paper feed rollers were removed from the machine and sent to a specialty shop where the old, dried, and hardened rubber is removed, and re...placed with fresh new rubber. The old rubber feet were also removed and replaced with new. This can make a world of difference in the look, feel, sound, and print quality of your new machine! I am also including a Free Typewriter Pad, although it is not necessary to use these it will cut down on the sound coming from the machine.

This beautiful classic typewriter has been: disassembled, cleaned inside and out, the platen, paper feed rollers and rubber feet replaced with new rubber, the carriage draw string replaced, the main spring tension adjusted, and all internal components checked and adjusted or replaced as needed. The typewriter was then reassembled with a new ribbon installed, and final adjustments were made. It has been thoroughly tested and is ready for you to use. Everything on this machine works as it should and it types great. It has beautiful black keys, and the type face is a professional looking elite, 12 characters per inch size. You can see a type sample in photo number 12.
The black crinkle coat finish looks great overall, with just a few minor blemishes. The decals, especially on the back, are a little faded. Please see all photos, and the Video that I made of it in use. All photos, videos, and type samples are always of the actual item that I have listed for sell.
The included original case is in fair condition, the handle has been replaced with rope, and it does have a good bit of wear from its' 81 years. I do not have a key for the case.
I am also including a reprinted user’s manual, and a learning to type guide, which may be helpful if you are not familiar with these mechanical marvels.
