*** Rare - Only Worn 1978-1979 *** DESCRIPTION An nice old defunct, original patch for a Hunting and Fishing Conservation Officer of le Ministère du tourisme de la chasse et de la pêche. This brown patch replaced the older BNQ shaped patch in 1978 and was changed in 1979, when the fleur de lys, (lily), was changed from blue to brown.
