Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely mid-Century Sterling Silver Revere bowl golf trophy, c. 1950.
The bowl was made by Currier & Roby of New York. The dish is round with a deep base and with low pedestal base. On the front of the bowl is the engraved clubhouse seal of the "Greenwich Country Club, Greenwich Conn. with "1950" engraved below. Marked on base with the trademark stamp for Currier & Roby of New York, NY in business from 1900-194...3 and "Paul Revere Reproduction, Sterling, 1227 A, 5".
Measures 3 5/8" high and 5 1/8" in diameter. Weighs 390 grams.
This nice trophy bowl is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear.
