An unusual bathing beauty/nudie, sold to me a number of years ago as made by Hertwig & Co. Sharon Weintraub's book "Bawdy Bisques & Naughty Novelties" (p.48) shows a similar doll/similar size, but made of pre-colored (pink/flesh to...ne) bisque. So I'm calling her "attributed to Hertwig."
Holds a lock of hair in her raised left hand; other arm away from body & resting on the ground. EXCELLENT modeling, from one end to the other--please zoom in the photographs to see all her details.
Excellent--no chips, cracks or restorations.Please look at all the photos as they are part of the Condition Report.
