WHAT A HAT!!!Only Cissy could pull off a hat with this much FLAIR!I have never seen another hat like this one and it may have been a store special or a prototype. It is constructed like the floral hat that is seen on The Secretary wearing the black wool suit. Note that it is constructed of TWO buckram hat bases. This hat is guaranteed to be a genuine vintage Alexander hat made for Cissy.The flower is brightly colored and the tulle has NO holes. There is a sm...all bit of rust on the staples on the underside of the hat.This is from my PERSONAL COLLECTION and is pictured on the COVER of Cissy!
