Vintage Madame Alexander CISSY Doll 1950s, Red Hair, Black Mermaid Gown, Condition is Used.Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissy doll wearing a beautiful black mermaid style gown. Cissy has lovely shiny red hair in its original updo with curls in the back and top, pretty face painting with blue green eyes that open and close well, on the back of her head it says Alexander. Cissy stands 20" tall, her elegant black gown is very nice condition, no tears or holes, no odors, it's form fittin...g velvet on top with a zipper back, the very top can be worn folded down presenting the pink lining and flower accents. The bottom of the gown is black with full tulle decorated with flowers in the front and back with pink roses on the tulle in places, this gown is not tagged. Her left eye is not as clear as the right and is missing a few lashes, she does have some blackinsh rub marks, under her head where it connects to neck as well as her inner thighs some rub marks there. Her complexion is nice, color is good and not pale, except the very center of her forehead looks like a lightend spot. Her arms are discolored at the very top especially, please zoom in the photos to see. Her body does not have any cracks or splits, her joining/stringing is good and she does not have any odors. Cissy will come to you wearing her black formal gown, taffeta undies, stockings and shoes.
