RARE Vintage Madame Alexander CISSY Rose Velvet Coat from 1955
BEAUTIFUL Hard to Find Cissy rose velvet coat from 1955!!!
This coat can be seen on page 111 of "Cissy Reference Raritites Restoration" by Kiley Ruwe Shaw. In the book she identifies the coat as being a boxed extra for that year.
The coat is in good condition with no tears or odors. There are several tiny spots on the left side of the coat, and a few light crush marks in the nap of the velvet, both... of which I tried to picture in the photos. The coat displays beautifully. The buttons and button holes are in great condition and do not show much if any wear. The color of the coat is vibrant and it has not faded with age.
I received this coat with a beautiful rare hat that I am listing separately and is not included in this auction. This is such a lovely coat that will look great on any Cissy doll!
