Vintage Madame Alexander 14 " Polly Pigtails Doll, Rare Tagged Robe And Nightgown

Up for sale is a vintage 1950s Madame Alexander 14" Polly Pigtails doll with blonde braided hair, blue eyes and made of hard plastic. The doll is wearing a rare Madame Alexander Fashions outfit in excellent condition which includes the tagged pale pink satin quilted robe, pale pink cotton nightgown with lace trim, matching pale pink cotton panties and pink velvet slippers with white pom poms. The doll's original wig is in great condition, and I think the braids are original. There are ...glue marks on the back of the neck and left temple (see photos). She has her original face paint, which is still bright. The doll's eyes open and close. She has her original stringing, which is a little loose, but she holds a pose well. She is not cracked, and there are no unpleasant odors. Her hands need to be cleaned, see detail photo, they both look like this. See photos for details. Stand not included.
