This is a vintage 1950's 20" Madame Alexander Maggie Face Polly Pigtails doll I think but am not sure if that is her name. She has blonde hair in pigtails that are threaded together to her hair on each end in the back as shown in the 7th photo. She has dark eyes and all her lashes and a painted mouth. Condition is very good with some joint rubs and on her backside as shown in the 8th photo. Her hair is a little mussy and I left the braids as found. She stands on her own.
