Antique George Borgfeldt Doll Antique Human Hair Wig Beautiful Dress. This is a beautiful child doll with bisque socket head and wood/composition ball jointed body. She stands 24" tall. Her head is free of hairlines or repairs, however she is missing her right incisor tooth. She also has a light cheek rub on her left cheek, minor but have to mention.
She has beautiful dark brown sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes. When sleeping they don't close all the way. Please see pi...cture. She is incised Germany and GB on the back of her head. She has a sturdy wood and composition body with some repaint and repairs. All fingers are accounted for. Her stringing is good.
Doll is wearing a hand knotted human hair wig in chestnut brown. The sunlight captures the true beauty and color of it. The wig cap has been reinforced. She also has a pate.
She wears a beautiful long ivory colored vintage dress with crocheted lace at hem and sleeves. Its easy to put on and take off as it opens all the way down. It has 2 button closures in the back .
