This is a vintage Barbie American Girl head from 1965.Very good condition head that's ready for your bend leg body.Her coral lips are faded but she has good eye color.Head is clean and has no unpleasant odors. Hair looks very nice, no missing hair plugs. There is no green ear, no piercings. Upon super close inspection, her nose has a couple of teeny dents/lines. Not sure if that is a manufacturing flaw or not. Hard to say how they occurred. Not really visible to the naked eye. I... had to look under a microscope. (see last 2 extreme close up photos)This is an original vintage Barbie head, not a repro. The head is stamped 1958 Mattel along the rim opening as shown in last photo (zoom in to read).
