1953 Straight Leg Non Walker Heavy Strung Madame Quiz - Kin

This auction is for a 1953 Madame Alexander straight leg non walker Quiz-Kin doll that is in good condition. Two buttons on the back of the doll allow you to move the doll's head from side to side or forward and backward. Both of the buttons and the movement mechanism work perfectly. Quiz-Kin is tightly strung so the doll will hold a pose without the need of a stand. The hard plastic body of the doll is in very good condition... with no splits, or cracks, but there is a very pale, slight pinkish stain near the middle of the dolls chest. The nice sleep eyes move freely, he has pretty rosy cheeks, and perfect ruby red lips. This little beauty has molded and painted hair that has wear.
Quiz-kin wears a pair of pantaloons that have a reinforcing elastic thread to hold them in place, replacement Alexander socks, and old but worn side snap shoes.
The doll does not come with a box or stand.
