DESCRIPTION:This listing is for one antique German Theodor Recknagel doll "as found". Incised on the back of her bisque head is "21 Germany". This is a bisque socket head with composition wooden jointed doll body, 1906+, she has straight wrists. Some overall wear on the body she displays well with doll stand, I will include one with her. I see no cracks or hairlines on this bisque head, some wear on the bisque she has a "sweet" little face with blue glass sleep eyes, pa...inted lashes around the eyes, dark eye brows, she has open mouth with upper teeth. The plaster inside of her bisque head that secures the eyes is loose and needs a little glue, the eyes should open and close but do not right now, I have her head stuffed with tissue to protect her glass eyes on rocker. Her brunette mohair wig is glued on a pate that goes over her head, her wig needs a little TLC and styling. She is wearing a pink hand made dress with matching pantaloons, no stockings or shoes.
