It will be packed carefullyHere is what I found on several internet sites:Ken Edwards was born in the U.S.A. He was educated in the Arts in Kansas City, Mo. He also stu...died his art in Japan. You will see the Asian influences in his "Collection" series. In the 1960's Ken Edwards migrated to the crafts village of Tonala, in Central Mexico. It was here that he founded the company known today as Ken Edwards Stoneware. Mr. Edwards has been creating his fine quality stoneware ever since. Stoneware is a type of Ceramic that is fired at Very HIGH temperatures which makes it very hard and durable. It cannot be scratched with a knife.It is made in various patterns and Mugs and Vases and tile and offer a huge variety of animal shapes. In Tonala Jalisco the decoration is based on a 400 year old Nautle tradition. In Guatemala the decoration is created by Mayan Indian decorators directed by Ken Edwards.CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS...
