Rare 1960s Vintage Rolex 6564 Oyster Perpetual Stainless Steel Man's Watch. The watch is a good example of the rare 6564 reference with the 1030 movement. It is losing a couple minutes a day; possibly just magnetized, I did travel with it but it probably is just due for a service. There is light scratching on the crystal, nothing deep. Case has light scratching as expected but the case appears unpolished (sharp edges and the top of the lugs are brushed). There is one deeper scratch on... the left side of the watch that is visible in the pictures. I have no doubt the dial and hands are original. It isnt missing lume anywhere and the lume on the dial matches the color of the lume on the hands. Second hand is blue, I think only one picture caught that. The crown has the Rolex logo which is underlined. I believe this design is period correct, the wear matches the case and thus I believe is original. The dial is in fantastic shape, I think the whole watch is solid.
