It is an early 1900s Stewart Warner "Write-it-Urself", double sided neon display, 110 volts. It is in outstanding condition and works well. Only items I notice are a fraying cord at the plug, and a tiny super tiny imperfection in the glass on one side. It has great metal design work on exterior in original condition. Neon works on both sides. These were placed in hotels, stores, and restaurants to communicate information to customers who passed by. Examples might include: events, items... on sale, or menu specials. You write on it with a grease pencil and then wipe off. It is about 19 x 23 inches. Lower portion of the item is about 5 inches deep. Weight of item is about 22 pounds.
I have seen one of these sell for $1, 900 in mediocre condition. I have listed a high shipping cost example for traveling to Florida from Washington state with UPS Store doing the fully guaranteed packing and UPS shipping it by ground. If your shipping fee is less to a shorter distance location, I will refund part of the fee. Also, if you wish it to be sent by air, additional cost applies relative to ground. I am always fair.
