Trailer has is approximately 27 feet long, with GVWR weight 6, 000 lb, Dry weight of 4, 806 lb, 39 gl Fresh water tank, 30 gl Grey and 18 gl black tank. Rear bathroom, mid living area features dinette that also turns in to bed. Microwave, stereo system and walk around bed in the front.
The trailer has Utah Salvage Certificate title due to right side damage. The trailer fell over on its side. Trailer wa...s towed from Utah to California, and is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order also front left corner glass is still there. Trailer is for sale by a dealer, is located in Rocklin California and there is no financing. We do not have estimate for repairs. Trailer does not have any unpleasant smells.
