The item for sale is a pottery vase that was made by the Red Wing USA company during the middle of the twentieth century. The simple globular form with a outward flared long neck typifies the Mid Century Modern form of the 1970s. The glaze color is green with fine brown specks. The mold number is 1557. This came in a variety colors. There is a superficial minor chip on the rim of the foot. The glaze application is a bit uneve...n being thin in some areas as made. The height and width are 10 1/4" and 4 1/2".
